    Dizzy's adventures... Fuck yeah.

Several of them I either don't remember or didn't know what they were (I only used DOS until I was 7 or so), but my all-time favorite was X-Wing. There was also some polygonic tank game where you shot things with very long legs, and a racing game in which humanoid animals drove go-karts around firing hedgehogs at each other. Don't really know what those were, just remember playing them. Oh, and Wolfenstein 3D. I loved DOS games, even if I was too young to know what they were.

    Only one bucking Answere:

    Fatal Racing. (!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
    best racing game ever imo.

OMG so much fun playing it.. play it seriously or try to snipe all the other drivers. or play it with a friend and have even more fun. The tracks were insane... Sadly it doesnt run on my machine anymore :-r

For you who do not know it: its a mix out of Destructionderby and Trackmania

    I also liked:
Commander Keen Series (eventhough its difficulty is frustrating)
Cosmos Cosmic Adventure (eventhough I only owned the shareware :-r )
    Dune2

    Nethack.

The only game I have consistently played for the past 20+ years.
Have you heard of the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV? With an expanded free trial which you can play through the entirety of A Realm Reborn and the award winning Heavensward expansion up to level 60 for free with no restrictions on playtime?

Interesting games on console? Haha... In 1988-1991 there was just NES, Atari 7200 and Sega Master Drive, maybe MSX if you were japanese but that was just a computer in disguise. Lots of awesome PC games came out in those years that weren't matched by console til SNES.

Sid Meier's "Colonization" was my favourite.

T.I.M was an amazing game. That's a game that would be a great steam remake. I always loved seeing where the bowling balls would go when I let them down the ramps.

    Ski Or Die
    Monkey Island
    Leisure Suit Larry
    Ducktales
    Wolfenstein 3D
    Doom
    Duke Nukem 3D

There were others but those are the ones I have the most memories of Monkey Island and Ski or Die being my favourites.

EDIT: I cant belive I was the first one to mention Ski or Die, lol. That game was so epic.
