I was just reading a topic about "your first WoW experience" and this brought backa lot of memories to me. I started playing in vanilla and a lot has changed in WoW over the years. Mostly good, but also some bad thing. I'm wondering, what kind of things would you like to see returned/deleted/added in WoW. Things that once were.
No more dungeonfinder/raidfinder/bgfinder.. i loved it back in the days when you had to make your own group and find your way there with at least 2 people and summon the others. This was, imo, the most important form of interaction in the world. Also, people are less likely to kick/replace people and to learn because it's so ahrd to find people. For bgfinder, i liek the portals for WSG in the barrens/ashenvale where you can only queue for it in that specific area. If you want to queue for AV as a hordie, you have to go all the way to splintertree post and queue up there. For some strange reason that excites me, it also gives the possibility to bring back a form of world PvP.
The second most important thing i miss is groundmounts instead of flying mounts. I was really excited about flying mounts, but this does **** up world PvP and questing, it simply maes it to easy. I think thye should only be allowed at maximum level worldwide, and for a high price. This would also add up to the world interaction, which is most important for me in WoW. I lvoe it that you cant use flying mounts in Pandaria until level 90.
So what are your thoughts, share your ideas and opinions, or some nice experiences you ahd in the past in WoW
