Each State, and each precinct in those states has different polling hours, and there are three time-zones across the USA. I believe the latest any polls are open is something like 7pm PST.

Keep in mind that this is just the popular vote. One candidate will win, but will not necessarily be elected through the Electoral College. We won't really know who won until December at the earliest.
