I just finished BWL and I was getting an instance server restart timer, so chances are they're just temporarily down for restarts.
As of GW2 Stress Test 8/9/2012, Necromancer ftw!

Whats Up With This Problem?
So I just logged in about 10 minutes ago to do some random heroics... and this is what I see...
http://i47.tinypic.com/20k429u.jpg this one shows that I can't select "random" for my dungeons or scenarios. Only specific ones...
and...
http://i48.tinypic.com/14dldgl.jpg this one is showing lvl 99 scenarios and test scenarios and whatnot.
Any idea whats up?
