So i just read a post on a wowinsider thread that said DMF Cards are not random if you go into the correct zone to create them.
Townlong Steppes= Ox
Jade Forest= Serpent
Kunlai=Tiger
Karasang=Crane
I'm at work now, so i can't check this myself. Can anyone confirm/deny this?

I don't have a screenshot as this was a while ago, but I can say (unless it was bugged and got fixed) this is speculation and incorrect. I made 4 cards in townlong last month, and they were ox, ox, tiger, crane.

Just did 3 cards while in Kun Lai, attempting to get Tiger deck cards --- got 3 crane Cards... so, guessing, its random no matter where you make them.
