Hi guys,
my first post here ever.
Some years after I cameback to WoW and now the game is a bit different.
I am level 30 atm, specced Demonology.
I wanted to ask you guys which glyphs you think are better for me atm?

Well, at level 30 you got 1 major and 1 minor.
Glyphs in general do not provide much of anything more than utility (Major) or cosmeitc/quality of life (Minor) changes. Glyphs are rarely a DPS improvement. This means they are generally up to personal preference and taste.
That being said, one of the best one I'd think for leveling is Glyph of Nightmares (Minor) - Allows your Felsteed and Dreadsteed (Warlock mounts) to run on water. Nice perk for navigating some zones, until you can fly at 60.Games are not necessarily "easier" today. You are just a better player.
It takes more now to impress many gamers than it did 2-5 years ago, because so much has already been seen and done.
Many players expect to be wow'd with every release of a beloved franchise.
These are generally NOT the fault of the developers, but the fault of many players over-hyping and/or setting expectations too high.

only glpyh that is "NEED" is the wild imps
end ..
most glpyhs are "fun" how blizz desciribes it. "usless" as i would name them
jet i like glpyh of demon training, gives your pets a bit of a boost 20% hp for the fellguard that you will get pretty soon is quite nice
