I am for sure, not only does it it for an amazing cause but it looks amazing.

Definately buying it for the wife. She is a pet collector and can't beat the cause! Thought it was cool that Blizz would give the full $10 to Red Cross.
I might, i mean it's cute and it helps.
'T Vlaamse heir staat immer pal, Daar 't winnen of daar 't sterven zal. Alhier, Aldaar aan lange lansen de leeuwen dansen, de leeuwen dansen.... En de leeuwen dansen, de leeuwen dansen.
Rather donate the $10 to something other than the Red Cross personally...but the sentiment is good.
Not that there's any chance of this happening (aka pigs flying, snowballs in Lucifer's netherworld, etc) , but...if a million of us gamers bought the pet, we could sure make a statement with that donation and put everyone else to shame. After all, if the Gaga can drop $1m towards the relief effort, we as gamers could better that and then some. I know I'll be buying six, one for each of my accounts.
I need to see the animations and pet battle info first. It definitely looks cool but it doesn't really go with my Monk so I'm torn.
There it was, word for word,
The poem that took the place of a mountain.
Most likely, especially since it's 100% donation.
I just want to know it's battle pet stats :P

WoW, Sub Decline, and Age:Sigh, it's like trying to run a school but there's no children being born. Eventually everyone will graduate.
Let me throw my money at it already dammit!
Hell yeah!
I'm pretty good with the Red Cross. For all the complaints I've heard about the handling of Katrina, my friends were able to get a quick response with no red tape, and that's exactly what they needed. My local chapter was really good about connecting us to people who wanted to donate goods/clothes/furniture directly, too.
I'd much rather the money went towards one of the poorer countries hit such Cuba or Haiti as they're the countries that are gonna have a hard time recovering.
But charity is charity and a pet is pet (and an adorable one at that) so yes I will definitely purchase it, I'll just have to find another charity who will support the poorer countries hit (Any suggestions would great!). I think these pets are a great way to incentivize people to give to charity who maybe wouldn't in the first place.
If its a donation to help people then yes. The pet looks nice and unlike other pets it does some good at least.
