Glyph of Falling Meteor Broken?

As the title says, is it currently broken? I have tested it multiple times, where as in the past a fall from any distance would take you to >100 HP now it is just a bug on the windshield result.

Any one else notice this?

I've died many, many times using this glyph, very unreliable.
