Looking for a New Headset

Hello All!

I've been away from the community for a little bit now due to college, but I am now back and looking for a new set of headphones.

Before I mention the headphones I've looked at, I first would like to ask what the community would recommend for a new pair of headphones.

What I'd like in a new pair of headphones:
I'd like to keep the budget under $400.
I play a variety of video games ranging from computer to PS3. I primarily play FPS games on the PS3.
Noise-Canceling.
Closed-Back.
Microphone would be nice.

What would you all recommend in regards to what I would like?

The headphones I am looking at the moment are:

Sennheiser PXC 450
TurtleBeach (Not sure what Turtlebeach headphones/headset yet... Was hoping for recommendations from the community.
