Sound/voice ratios bad :(

So, my sounds (as in spell sounds and such) are really loud compared to in game voices and it bugs me. I don't remember it being like this. They are on the same volume bar - it just distinguishes from sound and music - but is there anyway to make the voices louder without making the spell effects louder? Maybe something I tweaked without realizing it some time ago?

I've had this for quite some time now, would really love some advice on how to resolve this issue.

I hope so, the raids have some great VA, but having sounds enabled during raid combat sounds effectively like someone spraying a deodorant can next to my ear.
