    They fixed rogue PvP! Kick uses 5 LESS energy!

    Now that kick only uses 10 energy, rogues will be back to the glory days. Idk what blizz was thinking, this will make rogues too OP

    Makes it free with PvP gloves, it might not sound big but it's definitely something.

    Because, unlike a Rogue's kick, the Monk's 'Spear Hand Strike' not only interrupts for five seconds, it also SILENCES for four seconds. Quite a lot more powerful than a simple interrupt kick, isn't it?

    Kicks that silence is dumb design. Whoever thought of that and Pummel(Gag Order) needs to be hanged.

    You don't know how interrupt work, do you? Interrupt will only lock out the school which the interrupted spell belongs to. So a fire mage having a fireball kicked will not be able to cast any fire spell for X seconds.

    HOWEVER, a silence locks out EVERY school of magic. With the same example from above, a mage who has his fireball interrupted by a monk's 'Spear Hand Strike', will not be able to cast ANY spell, at all, for four seconds. No Blink, no Frost Nova, no Ice Block, No Polymorph, nothing. Nothing at all.

    I'm curious about why you think it's 'dumb design'.

    And you don't seem to understand the difference between an interrupt and a silence. Holo definitely has a point, though, blanket silences shouldn't exist on Kicks.

    Because if you get juked on a kick, you got outplayed. But if you get juked on a kick with a silence, you win either way. Outplayed or not.

    Is there anything else i need to teach you with?

    They need to get rid of the "silences the caster if in front of them" part and make it just cost 10 energy like rogues.

    Rogues will be fixed once gear scales with sinister calling and haste gives more energy regeneration. Its like the same thing with DK's but people just constantly scream for buffs without understanding their own class. There's a reason Blizzard is ignoring Rogue and DK buff requests.

    So rogues will be fixed when we have more gear (but opponents have new gear too so it doesn't change much), and when haste gives more energy regeneration (considering haste is the worst choice as a secondary stat for pvp). Thanks for the enlightment

    Haste is the middle stat for Assassination and Combat, and is the best stat for Sub.

    Where is it the worst stat?
    37 + (3*7) + (3*7)

    False. The MMO-Champion patch nodes showed Spear-Hand Strike at 10 energy cost, down from 30. This was while the notes were still fresh and hadn't been polished yet. And check WoWHead's 5.1 ability list for Monks, it shows it at 10 energy.
