Talons of the Zephyr is a very long running guild having been first formed in November 2006. We are very proud to have stayed together for 6 years as we reach our goal of: Successful and competitive raiding does NOT need to negatively impact real life. We are a progression guild that raids only 9 hours a week and puts real life first, yet will still clear full heroic by using skill, and pre-raid planning and preparation.

FAQ: How hardcore are you? How do you expect to clear heroics raiding 9 hours a week?
Talons aims to clear through as much content as we can, as quickly as we can. However, we also maintain that WoW is a GAME and should be secondary to real life. We ask our members to strat the fights and theorycraft their character on our forums so we can use the 9 hours of raid time effectively and efficiently.
How is loot distributed
Talons uses an objective loot council. If you press the roster button on our website, you will see up to date statistics about all of our raiders. We utilize this information to make a decision that will best serve the group considering: past attendance and projected future attendance, degree of upgrade, BiS loot, raid performance (dying to avoidable mechanics, dot/buff up times, proper cool down stacking, etc), as well as ensuring loot is spread evenly in case someone has to miss a raid.
