Weapon enchants

Hey! Just wondering if there is much point using Enchant weapon - windsong or elemental force for warriors. Dancing steel is currently 8k per enchant on my server

Windsong is viable if you don't get dancing steel. It has a pretty nice crit proc on it that can proc independently of the others. You can think of it as a crit proc enchant that can also give you haste and/or mastery. I'm not really sure how Ele force stacks up against WS though. From what I understand they're roughly equivalent. Either of those enchants are better than nothing so yes there is a point to using them.
