Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2048MB equivalent

I was going to buy this VGA, but the store sold all of them and it's been one month without resuplying.
Is there an equivalent for it at the GForce series? Both in price and performance?

Of the 7850 with 2gb? No.
They have the following:

VGA XFX HD 7850 Core Radeon 1024MB (1GB) at 10 bucks more expensive than the one I posted
VGA GigaByte Radeon HD 7850 2048MB at around 40 bucks more expensive
VGA GigaByte Radeon HD 7850 1024MB (1GB) 10 bucks cheaper

I don't know much, so I don't know if paying 40 bucks more is worth for the GYgabite 2GB, or if it doesn't really matter and I should just get the cheapest of the three.

I dont live in the United States, so buying in dollars ends up being way more expensive than normal. And the store I was looking at offers 15% of discount if you pay in one sitting. So I can buy a 7850 with the price of a chepaer vga.

The 2gb is needed if you play at a higher resolution.

And what does "high resolution" mean?
For me, 1920x1080 is high res (thats what I'm going to play when I get the computer), but for others, it more like 2560

Yup, you will want 2GB to play games at that res.
