2x 750 valor points for LFR / Normal Raid Gear (since u can upgrade it two times +4 levels).

Kind a true, it's much easy with Conquest points, since u can get now easymode 2200 while VP 1000 per week

For full PvP Gear Upgrade will cost totaly 21000 Conquest Points. If you don't play active arena, that is is 9 weeks to upgraded pvp gear.

I think you should be able to upgrade items with justice points or it should require fewer VP. Else its pretty much pointless, although I would upgrade my darkmoon trinket.

To be honest, I never liked the way things went just starting with ilvl.

Feels like motor racing.... where you start with a manual car/bike without any kind of electronic help and so no way to improve/boost your performance, not more than yourself but then technology goes on and takes over the most funny part, the challenge.
The same happens here... it's not enought to already give epics all over... now we get top noch gems/enchants that come for FREE and then reforge.... and now this.

I like it simple well.
