    SoulFire

One question. Is it benefitial to do SoulFire in meta if you got alot of stacks of MC?
Anyone done some test on this?

MC meta Soulfire is higher damage per execute time than Touch of Chaos, but Touch of Chaos fury dump is better damage overall per fury. This means Soulfire in meta is better for when you need to deplete all your fury right away, like for example when the boss has few seconds to live and you can cast MC Soulfires in meta till it dies is better than using all your fury for Touch of Chaos. So no, don't use MC Soulfire in meta unless you need to deplete your fury right away, which is either for Spine-like burst phases or last few seconds of a boss fight.

Not quite right. Soul Fire is actually a more efficient Fury generator than Shadow Bolt, so you get more Meta up time by saving your MC procs for caster form. While in the execute phase though, you're guaranteed MC procs so you can continue to spam SF in Meta.

I generally use Soulfire in meta only during the execute phase, otherwise i bank MC stacks for caster form.
