Nope. Fire is useless in rated BG's. Only reason it was sick in cata because combustion actually did damage on multiple targets.

Combustion still does damage on multiple targets, just not on as many (from six down to three).

Yeah but very low damage compared to frozen orb. Frozen orb alone without frozen targets does more damage than combustion, and it requires no rampup time.
