Difficulty running both Cataclysm and MoP

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, and if it's not, please do excuse my fault.

I play retail World of Warcraft, MoP. However, when the server's are down, or when I cannot afford additional WoW Time, I like to play a private server... (Shun me all you wish, many people played private, including those who have become sensations on Youtube.)

However, the private server I would like to play, is Cataclysm, however whenever I try to play it, my Mists of Pandaria client is loaded, I've downloaded a Cataclysm client... What do I have to do to be able to load a cataclysm client? :/

I don't have any external hard drives or pen drives... Any help appreciated

Have a Cataclysm file set, and a MoP file set, and run them seperately.

Enjoy having 50GB of WoW on your HDD.

They are totally seperate, when I press the launcher for cataclysm, it comes up with the old cataclysm launcher, however when I press play, it opens up my MoP client

Dont use the launcher, run the .exe file from the seperate installations.
