DMF trinkets have always been good, some amazing, nerfing them is a bad decision considering most ppl wont get a chance to get one from raid and lfr chance to get one is even lower with amazing 28.5g...
Alchemy Stone is a shit trinket, at least for me. I didn't even finish the quest for it (costs Golden Lotus (5 if I remember correctly). It was not worth it.

So are they just an utterly lowly form of humanoids or is this simply to force all those who farmed these trinkets to change for the new ones. Anyway I'm feeling really pissed off, I would never have bothered getting these shitty things if they weren't close to BiS for the whole tier.

While I don't like being nerfed in any way shape or form, some napkin maths indicates that this is only approximately a 5-6% nerf in theory, and overall the DMF trinket is still better than any other available (at least for Moonkin, Yu'lon)

It's not nice to get nerfed, but it doesn't change the fact that they are still top of the pack.

Its a nerf. My relic is still giving me 3027 spirit like its listed.

I made most of the cards myself and broke even on the cards I did have to buy from selling others so it personally doesn't bother me that much.

I really don't believe all the fuss people are having around the dailies... Honestly. People complained that gear was too easy to farm at 85, now they're complaining it's too difficult... there's no pleasing.
I'm going to sound like a typical vanilla player here now, but I preferred the grind (even on 1 character, let alone multiple characters) back at the beginning. Where the term 'Epic' actually had some meaning and sense of accomplishment. Hell, even having an 'Epic' mount was something I held high as an accomplishment. I was by no means a hardcore raider having only done 4 in AQ40 and full BWL/MC/ZG etc, but I never, not once, felt the need to moan about not having access to the full Naxx40 because, to be frank, it was above my level of gear at the time.
To all of those who use the old 'I don't have time to grind it all out or farm the gear' chestnut.... This game is, and pretty much always has been a grind. It's why it's so been so successful. People wouldn't keep playing the game if they could log on for a couple of hours every other day and be fully equipped in what they desire, it would get very boring, very fast.

I have no fuss about doing dailies to exalted once, but then I have to unlock rep again on an alt just to spend my VP?

There is nothing fun or rewarding grinding to exalted for MULTIPLE reputations on one character and then being pigeon-holed into doing it again on an alt JUST to buy VP gear. VP gear should be unlocked for all of your characters once you get exalted with everyone on one character. I don't care about feeling epic. I care about maximizing my accomplishments. I have already gotten to exalted on this toon, so why do I have to do it again? I've proven I can grind and do what's necessary on a character, and I don't think I should have to prove myself again.

I don't think its the same people complaining on both topics, using myself as an example.. i find dailies to be a tedious chore(honestly the same 10 or so quests every other day set behind an arbitrary time reset is seen as valid content?...) and refuse to do them since i have better things to waste time on, BUT because of that i cannot spend any valor points at all, im an avid raider so this is rather detrimental.
While on the flip side all this vp and jp is pointless for raiders regardless since its lower ilv then anything in a heroic and the next raid level, so all this really hurts are casuals.

DMF trinkets are really, really powerful and although Im sad to see it coming I can kind of understand why.
First thing I thought when I saw the item level upgrades was like that my prio for upgrades to benefit me the most where :

    - weapon upgrade
    - DMF trinket

With the buff you can give them they will probably be on the same level they are now again.

But the game is "design by democracy". Once subs start dropping, people get whatever they want (see: casualization in Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm).

I'm saving these blue posts so I can post them on the forum whenever they reintroduce rep tabards and/or rep-granting items bought with JP/VP, and they will once a couple million people cancel their subscriptions.

Considering you can have it at start, that its only ilvl450, that cost 400g to make, that has amazing proc then it is amazing trinket. DMF card takes much longer to make, you can make 1card/day and now they nerf trinkets, thats stupid...

Just for people wondering about the monk stance it's just an error. Everything is the same except there's an extra 50% haste from items tacked on which is very nice.

Um..."Test of Valor" makes no sense. Why does it award 6K VP when the full cap is 3K? Did they increase the cap or something?

You have to earn 6k valor, it isn't a reward.

It doesn't award 6000 VP. The objective of the quest is to GET 6000 VP. So basically a six week (assuming you cap weekly) gate.

I wasn't actually referencing the Alchemy one at all, just the DMF one as that's the one I spent 60k on due to being impatient :P

Let's hope they alter the annoying spell effect when a paladin uses his AoE healing abilities with this trinket and blanket half of your screen so you can't see shit on the floor. Similar to the Monk's Spinning Crane Kick AoE.

I really don't understand the relic nerfs (specially tank relic, which is not that good and get the biggest nerf)
    Blizzard rules i guess ...

MoP dailys on the other hand are much, much more difficult, tedious and frustrating. Hence, for most of us casual players, they are too time consuming. Golden Lotus? Takes me an hour to do them. Klaxxi? Another hour.
Is he serious? I do Klaxxi, Golden Lotus AND CloudSerpents and Tillers in little more over one hour.

Go look up some of the old news posts and you'll see what I mean. 5.1 is much bigger than what is put in this news post.
No i do get it which is what i said. I know what 5.1 has. Im just saying that this build is hardly worth a patch to the ptr if thats all they are adding.
