Battlefield minimap

The battlefield minimap, sometimes called zone map, (for ppl who dont know what it is, its the little map in the corner that shows up when you pres shift+M, when you havnt changed the keybinding) doesnt seem to be working, can anyone confirm or deny?

hmmm, its not even working with all addons disabled...

Does anyone know how to change the size of this map? I have MoveAnything addon installed but there dosnt seem to be an option to resize it
