Trying to log in to Icewatch just now, it's listed at Medium. Yet I still get a log-in que. What am I missing here?

the shard list is not and has not for a long time been reflective of how many people are actually online at that moment. it does not update dynamically

There is a ton of server load/lag right now. Its pretty crazy.
