    Reformed, not abolished.

An accident is something that you did not mean to do at all. A mistake is something that you regret doing.

In that case.. no absolutely not

Unions that fail to deliver [or attempt to deliver] on their promises should be abolished (or punished, punished might be a better option.)
Unions that just coast along counting on other unions to do the negotiating for them while sucking the workers out of money should be abolished

But unions as a general idea should not

People are not [generally] better off standing alone against a corporation while negotiating their wages and working conditions

No, I don't think freedom of association should be abolished.

No, unions are needed to safeguard worker's rights.

Unions should have optional participation. Get rid of the mandatory thing and unions are fine.

If something was abolished every time someone got screwed we'd have nothing. Just Saying.

I agree with onions being abolished.

I don't expect an individual vs big corporation will ever end in favor of the individual.
It's rather needed, the 'bad' unions are the ones that make a mockery of what they were meant to be.

What are you talking about? No one makes you join a union.

Maybe you're thinking of union work places, which isn't force.

How dare you! Onions are delicious. They go so well with almost everything. A turkey sub with muenster, tomatoes, onions, spinach, and avacado. I'm hungry just thinking about it.

You've got a pretty crappy union in your situation and I'm sorry for that, but put it this way...

Do you enjoy working 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week for 12 cents an hour and no benefits?

    No? Thank unions for that.

Individual agreements are always going to favor the dudes writing the cheques. In a perfect world, unions are the great equalizer. You may also notice a linkage between "shitty careers" and "non-unionized" such as in IT or retail for example too.
