-You can, definitely, LOS it.
-He almost always cast it around 20% for us. Not sure if it's consistency of our dps, or what.
-We noted what side the cackle'd people went to, then had the raid at the sha focus on cleaning up the other side. If cackles went left, raid cleaned up right side. and let the dps group post-cackle clean up the left.
We generally left 2~ish up at almost all times as that damage is negligible for our heals.
-Yes. Fearless gives you total immunity to breath of fear.
-everyone grab them unless the healer NEEDS them (and calls it) having one expire and heal the add is the worst thing you can do. Better to have one picked up and potentially wasted than to have the heal happen.

The note about clearing was spot-on - we also left some up - just not 8 since then it's really really bad
* we used the immunity on the buff to kill adds - after that people went back to boss
* everyone were grabbing them, and healer was just asking if they needed it
Can anyone confirm if you can LoS Death Blossom? Yes, you can and our DPS were called to do it.

After a certain % of his hp has been dealt in damage regardless of heals due to orbs? Not sure what triggers it but usually ours did at 20% or close.
At a certain % of his current HP? Read first point.
After a certain time? Read first point.
After a certain amount of orbs have been consumed? Read first point.
Or some other trigger? Read first point.
How many tanks (25m) are you using? We used 4 tanks, but if your DPS are fast enough you can do it with 3.
How are you handling the Terror Spawn? Ie: Killing as they spawn or letting the groups that return from the outer platforms clear them out w/ cooldowns upon return (on their respective side). Everyone killing them, used Warlock portals for faster position for casters. Not sure when, but some point into the boss we decided to stop killing more, somewhere between 20-10% health remaining.
Cleared this yesterday in 10man. As said before, 100% able to LoS the Death Blossom, as a tank though I stayed out and cleared up any orbs that spawned (honestly with barkskin on I didn't even require heals other than frenzied regen. Ensuring all them orbs are collected is a major point, just ensure your DPS aren't running over a group of 3 of them. Have your healer collect a handful too, in 10 man 1 orb restores 90k mana (300k total means after 3 orbs you're bound to be near full).
Killed it with 2 tanks 2 healers and had ages left on the enrage. After getting the hang of the platforms honestly the boss is easy o.O hard to say that normally but honestly it was easy. Ensure you call out at 80 energy (on Sha of Fear) for your DPS to get back to the safe zone.
Basically everyone apart from the tank LOS Death Blossom, orbs are FFA but prio healer mana and tanks when possible (to reduce overall dmg taken).
DPS the Terror Spawns when Sha isn't near 80 energy (ensure DPS are coordinated), you can leave the back two up with no problems at all.
