That site doesn't seem to be very accurate.

Take for instance the character who is ranked #1 in the World. "Fartzwrgoben" from Perenolde (EU) is "valued" at $14,989.97 - when you look him up on the armory he has aprox. 14,000 achievement points. There are people in the World with more than that, shouldn't their characters be #1, and not this guys?

It's just supposed to be a silly site, not "accurate."

I imagine based on the information that not all achievement points are created equal. That's why people can have similar points but different "values." LIke if you have a super rare pet or mount or feat verses someone who just has a few more pvp achievements.

Odd how close they are in price, Paladin was first and was main up until DS, then rogue was leveled part way through firelands and played through DS, DK was leveled halfway through DS to cover the second groups missing tank when he was at work, and hunter was leveled up for Pandaria but I never leveled to 90...

My main is worth 6.2k. All my other 9 characters range from 3-4k. There's no way in hell, I could sell my account for anywhere near $33k though. I do occasionally wonder, having a CE of all versions from Vanilla > Mop how much my account would be worth though.

It's not really the level of the character or professions so much as it is the achievements, mounts, pets, titles, and feats of strength, so calculating all your characters combined is pointless with account wide achievements.

My total was $5,300, or around $6,000 if you include the little extra time it took to achieve seven level 85s and level 525 primary professions on all but one. I still wouldn't sell it for that because of the sentimental values attached.

The site values obtainable achievements way too high and unobtainable stuff way too low.
Things like the Amani War Bear or the "Hand of A'dal" title are way more valuable than those 10k random achievement points that can still be obtained by every random joe.
