I would start by questioning whether or not you actually took the test seriously. But a low Neuroticism score can completely skew the results in tests like these.

I did take it seriously but don't understand why it would place me low on neuroticism unless I have misunderstood what neuroticism means. I'm even labelled as being pretty labile by the psychiatry + got anxiety problems.
