They should probably look at Void Swap too. The whole point of the spell is to save someones life and you can't really do that with the cruddy delay on it.

Responsiveness ie responding to something thats changed.
What can change with halo? the distance between player, point of execution and impact.
Right now when the player moves the halo cast point moves with them.
So if the priest were to cast halo and get lifegripped 40 yards away, it wont hit the intended target.
This is also true vis versa if the enemy or friendly targets are gripped/leaped away.
This is a PvP spell mostly. Think about it like that:
You're healer priest, arena situation, you're hiding and LoS, 3x3, destruction warlock almost one-shots your rogue and Ding-you're swapping the health, and going to column to heal yourself.
As a Shadow Priest, it will be the same from PvE PVP perspective:Swap the health-Dispersion-Bingo.
The thing is, if the latency and well-played team will allow you to do that. For Arena, that level of cooperation is required. For PvE, however it should be a special occasion(something like your own Lay of Hands, however a bit complex one)
So are they saying that the time taken for a spell to actually be "executed" is gonna be faster?
