Why do people always expect early previews to be like the finished thing?
Like "why do things not work durr"... because they're not done. Hence it's in the testing phase on the test server and not live.

That's fine. But what ticks me off a lot is when people complain about unfinished things like they were supposed to be finished and just be put to testing for a month "for teh lulz". Which is not true at all.
So every time I see silly things like "Why doesn't she have new jokes" or "Why does Varus' new skin have the old evil voice even though he isn't in this one"... I facepalm. It should be obvious. Then again, that goes for a lot of things.
