We are rolling 3 Healers, 2 tanks and rest DPS on Garalon 10 Man. Should his pheromones hit everyone for up to 50-60k? Even the ones that doesnt kite :S In the Dungeon Journal it says "player", but still everyone takes equal amount of dmg

Pheromone ticks do damage to the entire raid, and apply a stacking debuff to the person who has them that increases the damage their pheromones do. So you have to trade them off before the raid damage becomes overwhelming.

Pungency increases the damage a player with pheremones deals to your raid. From http://www.wowhead.com/spell=123081, "Pheromone damage dealt increased by 10%." So yes, as a player gains stacks it hits everyone in the raid harder.

The thing that I noticed is that if you rotate pheromones at lower stacks, you get the crush more often. Fury stacks on the boss also apply to the raid wide crush damage. We found that 20 stacks was ok to two heal. If you rotate at 15 stacks, then the tick damage will be lower but you ll have to include more people in the rotation as well as take an extra crush.

For Normal we use 3 healers and 7 dps... me (resto druid), elemental shaman, warlock and hunter take care of the phereomones (changes at 20 stacks).
