Your argument is silly. "Coke's not that bad when compared to other soft drinks". I'm pretty sure the only reason Coke gets singled out is because Coke is the most popular soft drink. Everyone knows that it's not just Coke but all softdrinks that are unhealthy for you. I don't think anyone thinks "oh I'm drinking Sprite/Pepsi, I'll be fine compared to if I were drinking Coke".

The problem with the internet is parallel to its greatest achievement: it has given the little man an outlet where he can be heard. Most of the time however, the little man is a little man because he is not worth hearing.

x3 And this is why I like diet soda. The only thing people are really skeptical about in that is aspartame, which according to this Wiki link, the FDA says you're within non-risk zone so long as you consume less than 21 cans of diet soft drinks daily.
I myself alternate between drinking diet sodas and water regularly, sometimes I'll have green tea from Starbucks on a school day as well. But yeah, out of all the other things out there, Coke is far from the worst you could have. There's some stuff out there, like Baskin Robbin's Chocolate Oreo milkshake(2600calories), that can be a lot worse.

lol all sugar is bad for you, the basis of cellular motabolism requires glucose,
Coca cola is as harmless as bottled water. It's what you do between drinking your coca cola or eating your Big mac that makes it either healthy or unhealthy. I bet you that self induced stress caused by worrying about everything you eat is actually more harmful.

With few exceptions in life nothing is actually bad for you as long as you use moderation. The simplest of things can be bad for you in excess. Caffeine is a drug which can be addicting which in turn can cause excessive use.
This is the truth. If you care about your body, you care about what you put into it. Coke is chemicals. It's really not good for you. Everything in moderation and all that but there is nothing positive about it so stop trying to see it from a health perspective because the angle simply isn't there. I used to work at Coca Cola and there was a testing department and guess what.. I saw the ambulance a few times taking people out. I'm not kidding.
