Does this cause parasitic growth to go nuts? And if so, how do we deal with it?

It can, yes. Easiest way to deal with it is to just use RM and Uplifts and have no one else heal the target. Pretty much the only mechanic in the game that punishes you for having smart heals, but you just kind of have to hope no one else heals the target.

This pretty much. Not sure if you're 10 or 25 man but just make your other healers aware that you'll mainly be solo healing those with Parasitic Growth.
