F2P/Preferred XP Restriction

Two bars is plenty to level up... which is essentially what the F2P option is intended for.

Nobody's really going to want to level up once they realize what a pain in the ass it'll be and figure the story is better off viewed via Youtube.

Returning people wanting to check it out will more than likely go 'Yeah, it's the same as I left it, F2P isn't much of an incentive.'

One of the restrictions is limited loot choices from quest rewards unless you pay cash to unlock.

Seemed TOTAL random, sometimes I was able to click to choose different items, other times I was limited.
