LW, inscr, BS or tailoring?

i have xmute master on all my chars. now i have a free spot and dont know which prof to take.

its only for gold making so i dont care about pve/pvp bonuses.

my set up is as follows:
herb/alch
mining/alch
engi/alch
jc/alch
ench/alch

???/alch (its a panda monk but i guess that doesnt matter)

thinking of insrcription but i guess the dmf run is over so i dont know if there is any gold makeing left? glyph making is not interesting for me.

or should i go with another profession? is there any that suits my set up better than another or should i just take one that feels ok?

i dont know anything about the professions i dont have.

I'm still making a decent amount of gold with Darkmoon Faire cards. They should still be profitable until 5.2 is released.

it looks like it is the cheapest prof to level at my server, thats a good reason for trying it. =)
