My guild tries to keep it lighthearted and fun. I wouldn't enjoy raiding with people who yell at each other. It's just a game after all.

Dunno, not so much agro going around for us, also alot more ''carefull for xx yy'' and stuff, my guild likes to micromanage things, also a lack of passive agresive signing after randombadchampx dies on the mechanic for the 3th time but nobody can be arsed talking about it
