WeakAuras + Clemency

Any advice how I can use WeakAuras to track Hand of Sacrifice on players in the raid 2x? With the Paladin tallent Clemency I can have two Sacrifices running at once, but I'm stuggling to figure out how to get WA to track them at all.

I'd greatly appreiciate some config setttings from anyone that can show me show it's done!

Was just flicking through WA and saw there is a Feature called "Multi Target" in the "Trigger / Unit" area of it. You could try that, iv never tried it so i cant give any answers on it. I will give it a try in abit once i get my UI fixxed abit.
