i tried doing a server transfer from a eu server to a us server and now after 1 hours it is still stuck i cant do anything
what should i do?

It can take some time, but when in doubt, call. Pick up the phone and tell them that it is indeed stuck. They'll figure it out for you. It's better than asking on a forum because we could give you all the correct answers, but it won't do anything if there really is a problem with the transfer.
