Enhance Shaman Quick Trinket Question

Hello, enhancement guy again.
Fast question to see if any1 else is having similar unceartainties.
I currently have the Darkmoon Agility trinket and am looking to fill my second slot with either
Hawkmaster's Talon; (http://www.wowhead.com/item=89082/hawkmasters-talon)
Or
Bottle of Infinite Stars (http://www.wowhead.com/item=86132/bo...infinite-stars)
As we have just managed to get Elegon onto clear and i have some valor to spend. Should i wait for the Elegon drop and spend valor elsewhere, or is the Talon a BiS right now.?
Hc trinkets and HoF content isnt really an option at present, we are a fairly casusal guild.
