LFR terrace loot issue (Blood)

Guys, does 2hander from Sha count as dps or tank loot? Do I have a chance to loot it while specced as blood? Apologies if missing something really obvious, but the question is still quite unclear for me.
ps: after 5 runs, won only 1hander so far.

How did you run it 5 times when it's only been open for 2 weeks?

If I'm not mistaken you can still use coins even if you're saved to actual loot from the boss.

exactly. while not being eligible for coin-free loot, you can still roll your luck charm for a chance to get something else once each other run.

Damn I did NOT know that.

And no I got it as frost, not using it for DPS though for some reason I get a better score as dw master-frost with a 483/463 than 2h hast-frost even with the gem that I don't have yet, need 5 more Sigils of Wisdom.

I'm not complaining but I've gotten SIX chest-pieces so far 3 of the 476, 2 of the 483 and one of the tier one.

If you go into the encounter journal, you can filter it to only show loot you're eligible to receive. Answers all those questions.

Damn the new patch broke LFR drops, I only got three this week and I used 4 coins, damnit....

so what? did any single LFR boss since mop release with each id and used coins on heroic bosses we killed with guild and guess what? i got gold on any single one of them

Just for the record, from the hotfix today

Blood Death Knights will no longer incorrectly receive Kilrak, Jaws of Terror; Scimitar of the Seven Stars; or Elegion, the Fanged Crescent from Raid Finder encounters.

Wouldn't make sense otherwise, you can still change spec before you use the coin though.

well I guess if you send a ticket and link those patch notes, since they clearly say " incorrectly receive" and you get a GM in a good mood ^^

Well they were still awarded when they were supposed to be. Doubt it'd work.
