Hey guys, I wanted to get some feedback on my future build I'm working on. This is my first attempt at a build, and I know I can assemble it without difficulty, however, I'm a bit new to hardware performance. I was hoping you guys could give me some compatibility feedback, a potential range of performance, and any experience you've had with the parts I'm looking at.

Basically, any input is appreciated. Positive or negative.

For motherboard I would go with a Asrock Z77 Extreme4, pretty decent board by far. I'm not too sure about other brands personally. The build is pretty good, though you can drop the ram to 8gb(there is no need for any more for gaming), and get yourself something like a WD Black or more if you need, and completely optional you could get yourself an SSD.

I will most likely tack on the Western Digital to the HDD slot. I don't particularly lean a specific way when dealing with HDD or SSD. I've seen a lot of people on the forums include Western Digital HDDs into their current build. As for tacking down RAM, I have read about the 8GB and will update the build as well. I will check out the board you recommended. Thanks Bosanac.
