    Need advice on my setup and what i should upgrade next

    Not sure what your processor is but that GT 610 is no bueno. Also it would be nice to know what games, resolution, settings, applications (video editing, photoshop) that you expect to make your upgrade achieve.

    yeah that video card is absolutly horrible

    The video card would be your best upgrade I think an actual gaming card would benefit you the most. a 7850+ or 660+ would be your best bet depending on how much you are willing to spend. Not sure if you got a name brand PSU or not if its a good brand like corsair, seasonic, xfx, antec I wouldnt worry to much. if its a no name you might want to replace that along with your video card. the h61 mobo/and non k processor is locking you in on overclocking capabilities but its still a decent processor. It really depends on how much you want to spend but the video card must be replaced to be a fairly reliable gaming machine.
