i make bomb green bean casserole. like...... BOMB!!! cream o mushroom based is terribad, I rock your choice of crackers with a sour cream/flour/butter base sauce. Get french style green beans, caramelize some onions in olive oil and spice, mix it all together. Add cheese to the layers (yes I layer this bad boy) and top it off with dried onions. OMG!!!

Forgot the french onions for mine and didn't even bother to make it. Green bean casserole is nothing without delicious crispy onions on top.
