Looking for some help. Is this a good deal?

I really don't know much anything about computers at all. I'm looking to get a pretty nice computer that can play games pretty well, but I just don't really know what to look for or what anything means really.

I guess I'll just make this simple and ask if this would be any good.

I don't have very much money to spend at all. I'd just like some opinions on this if anyone has any.

My laptop I have right now is pretty mediocre, and I'm not even sure what uhhh kind of parts or stats it is or how to find them. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if I posted this incorrectly or am asking dumb questions, I just really don't know what to look for.

Edit: I should probably be specific on what I want to play. Right now my laptop can play things like TF2 all right, not really on high graphics but still has some low fps. Tried Saints Row 3, and it really can't even play that game on the lowest settings. Even some Indie games don't run very well, like Vessel or Dustforce will get massive fps drops at places. I'd really just like to play some of the recent/newer games smoothly

I would imagine it's a typo, but the CPU says it's a quad-core 3.8 Mhz (Megahertz) where normally CPU's are 2+ Ghz (Gigahertz) 1,024 Megahertz = 1 Gigahert, so you can imagine why it raised my eyebrows.

If it's just a typo, then yeah, it's a decent computer, though the graphics card is kinda poop for playing any next-gen games and you could always buy better RAM, but for that price, I'm not sure if you can find much better

You'd have to spend an additional $100 to get a decent budget graphics card to play modern games.

    $80 for a 7770 after $30 MIR. http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=724...5&promoid=1030
