<Disciplined> was established in early 2012. After the collapse of our founding members previous guild (Pàrádigm Realm: 2nd T12/3rd T11), Disciplined was formed on the basis to step away from hardcore raiding and take on a more casual approach which means a lighter raid schedule. While the goal will always be progression we are a more relaxed guild focused on having fun and getting the job done versus drama. That said we expect each raider to play their class to it's fullest capability.

Have had Tank attendance issues which has hurt us on Heart of Fear progression. Have spent pretty much 1 hour in there and we downed the first boss. Focusing on clearing all of HoF next week to get into Terrace and start working on more Heroics.

RECRUITMENT

1 Tank - Brewmaster or Prot Paladin

We are looking to immediately fill a slot in our core roster with a skilled Tank. Would prefer a decently geared Healing off-spec but not a make or break. High attendance is a must as we run with a tight roster. If you cannot maintain 99% attendance or meet ALL 3 of our raid days please do not even bother applying.
