    Building New pc. Will it run games with no problems?

    Yes.

    I would advice you to drop down to the i5 3570K for CPU and upgrade your GPU to a HD7950 or at least GTX 660 Ti/HD7870. The 3GiB GTX 660 gives you 0 benefits over the 2GiB GTX 660. Really.
    Same with the i7 3770K over the i5 3570K in games.
    I'd personally opt for a higher-resolution monitor and a higher quality one. I would get a case like the Define R4 from Fractal Design rather than your case plus additional noise reduction. I'd prefer Windows 8, but it's not for everyone.
    The overclock is seriously so slim, and your motherboard UEFI/BIOS will likely do a better auto-overclock than what you are paying for.

    I wouldn't buy generic speakers, and I would like to know more about the PSU.
