Blacklight is a guild which was founded during the beginning of Mists of Pandaria.
The whole idea of this guild is together creating an environment where you feel that the entire game gets more fun, and to have a really good connection with each and everyone in the guild.

As you may have understood by now Blacklight is a 10man guild which will aim at having a core of 10 people who consistently shows up to each and every raid.
What I'm trying to say is that we're looking for a really stable core with backups in terms of socials of high skill and value.

The goal with this expansion and the current content is to create the experiences together, the 10 of us shall together make our heads bleed from trying to progress new bosses, down the bosses and to burst out in joy on ventrilo as we down a new boss.

What are the players of Blacklight?
We've got a handful of players who've been at very highend terms of raiding, but unfortunately as of today they are unable to put down the time and effort needed to even try to reach top ranks.
We've all got a great sense of humor, and we like to hang out with eachother on vent and have a good time.
We're mature, but all childish at the same time. We don't accept any kinds of bad behavior or manners.

Who are we?
We're mates at the age from 20-30 years old who wants to raid under likeable and enjoyable circumstances. We want to have a nice atmosphere during our raiding hours. We want you to learn from mistakes you make and during raids the tempo is high and focus is 110% at all times.

We're aiming to fill out the last spots of our roster with you who's mature, nice, calm and very confident in yourself as of dps/healing/tanking.

Together we'll be raiding 3 days per week(Wednesday, Sunday and Monday. However! Nothing is written in stone.
During our raids we want to get the most out of our raidinghours as possible.
Kill bosses, laugh and enjoy ourselves during trash, BUT, during boss-encounters everybody is determined to perform at their max level and the focus required to be at their absolut best level of play, be f*cking sharp and focused during boss encounters.

If you agree on the things you've just read, then I suggest that you contact any of us in Blacklight so that we can gather "The Selected 10" as soon as possible and get this core going as soon as possible without making any rash decisions.

What have we got and what are we looking for?
2/2 Tanks, 1 with Offspec DPS and 1 with Offspec Holy
2/2 Melee DPS
2/3 Healers
2/3 Ranged DPS

We're looking for one Resto-Shaman and a Hunter/Warlock for the last two spots of our 10man core.
