    USB Films on PS3

    Is is possible to play HD films from a USB Drive on a PS3

    Firstly is is possible
    secondly can the system recognize large USB flash drives 8G+
    And could it play without issues a large file films 720/1080p - would the bit rate be to high for the system to read smoothly

    Many devices don't support Ntfs or the apple equivalent and thus can't support large usb volumes. I'm not sure if that is the case with ps3 but either way you are better off just streaming from your pc over lan or wlan.
