Lamb > Chicken > Turkey > Tilapia > Pork > Beef > The rest of the fishes.
The lamb has to be cooked REALLY well to beat out chicken though, I love chicken. Except the skin, I don't like chicken skin, even when fried.

In order of personal preference: Beef > Pork > Chicken > Fish
In order of what I'm forced to eat to be healthy: Chicken/Turkey > (very lean) Beef > Pork > Fish (I just don't like fish)

Fish is great and all, but... it's not nearly as filling as the other meats
