Building a price efficient computer

So I am trying to build a price efficient computer while there are a bit of sales up for Black Friday.
My budget is around $700 and I am looking for input whether this build is good or if I am missing something.

I have no idea about that motherboard or the CD drive but the rest of it is quality stuff from quality brands. Cant go wrong :P

Everything is fine as far as I can see, no suggestions. Great budget build, has the potential to add a vastly more powerful GPU in the future (e.g. 7970) if you need it.
Aimed at single cards only since neither the PSU nor the Mobo are up to SLI/Crossfire specifics, but you most likely were aiming for exactly that

The Pro3 is meh. I would go for the P8Z77-V LK @ $105 after $20 promo code CYBERMNDAY85 and $15 MIR.

Subtracting $20 for the mobo (since pcpartpicker has the wrong price) and adding $55 for the PSU, the build would be $713.

The one issue with the P8Z77-v LK motherboard is in the reviews I saw a couple people say it doesn't fit with the hyper 212 heatsink. Should I be worried about that with my smaller budget case or should I assume that they made a mistake somewhere?

There are three aspects of fitting heatsinks.
1) Socket compatibility - both are socket 1155
2) Heatsink height - this is dependent on your case - in a Newegg review of the Source 210, a reviewer said "-Fits a Hyper 212"
3) Heatsink width - this refers to whether the heatsink will cover RAM slots which disallows the use of RAM with fins - I have the Hyper 212 EVO and due to its clip on fan, I can fit tall RAM into all 4 slots. You just have to move the fan up on the heatsink.

I think CPU and RAM placement on the motherboard is standardized. The clearance between the CPU socket and RAM slots seem to be the same for all mobos.
