    Keep the haste breakpoint, each extra tick is an additional roll for critting as well(assuming my sleep deprived brain processed that correctly).

    Defenitly keep the breakpoint.. if you multidot you'll deal more dmg + additional change to procc for starsurge .. just get crazy :]

    no please do not listen to thoy its been said time and again and proven on EJ that crit is better for multitarget.


    you can do an easy 100k by keeping dots on all targets and blasting starsurge procs. just make sure to plant yourself when you do your cooldown rotation
