"Memetic" content not allowed at random, but...

    ...what about a dedicated thread?

I admit, I like to play in Photoshop. Quite enjoy it. Sometimes a quote or oneliner passes by in the forums that I feel like; "Oh god damn, that is either so witty or relevant, I should put that in memetic context in a picture"... only to sadly remind myself I'll be infracted for it if I image-post it.

I of course understand the reasons for disallowing them. They can be taxing if used in large quantities and dillute written content within a topic by taking up so much more space. But what about a dedicated thread where we *are* allowed to post content like this? At the very least, it should be somewhat amusing.

Hope ya'll get a chuckle out of this one:

That's a broad topic one though.
Edit: To clarify, the megathread just includes all sorts of funny imagery, not necessarily purely memetic content.

Meme images are usually funny, so the Funny Pictures Megathread suits what you want pretty well.
