Curiosity finds something "for the history books" on Mars

    The details are as under:

"A big "OMG" moment for space enthusiasts may be coming!

We were certainly excited to read on NPR's website that the Curiosity rover may have discovered something "really interesting." John Grotzinger, principal investigator for the Curiosity rover mission, revealed to NPR that "This data is gonna be one for the history books. It's looking really good."

Here's hoping it's something the conclusively proves that life existed on Mars at some point and that there might even be life (even if cellular) present on Mars now. If life can exist on two planets in our solar system (not counting the moons etc that can theoretically have life) it means life is much more abundant than we thought.

The discovery, if significant enough might just be the catalyst needed to spark off another space race, the most glorious period of discovery and advancement in human history, only this time there's US, Russia, China, EU, India, Japan all competing.

I hate to bring religion into it but I can't stop myself from doing so. I would love to see which religious leaders will embrace this as an advance for mankind and which ones would like to put a religious spin on this.

On the other hand it could just be a rock that's shaped like jesus or something and then the wheel goes the other way all together.
